Medical Weight Management
Medically Supervised Weight Loss
That’s Built to Work
If you’ve tried to lose weight on your own and keep hitting the same wall, you’re not alone. Most patients who come to us are frustrated, tired of guessing, and ready for a plan that actually makes sense. At Keith Medical Clinic, weight loss is guided by medical experience, not trends.
A Clinical Approach to Weight Loss
Your treatment plan is built around your health history, your goals, and how your body responds over time.
Care may include:
Prescription weight loss medications such as phentermine, semaglutide, or tirzepatide
Nutritional guidance and education
Lifestyle recommendations
Ongoing monitoring and adjustments
You are not put into a generic program. Every plan is individualized.
What Makes Our Approach Different
Many weight loss programs focus on short-term results. We focus on long-term outcomes and medically appropriate treatment.
Physician-led care
Face-to-face evaluations
Medication expertise from a background in both pharmacy and medicine
Clear expectations at every step
Ongoing support, not one-time visits
What to Expect
1. Schedule your appointment and complete intake.
2. Meet for a detailed evaluation of your health and weight goals.
3. Begin your plan with medication, guidance, and follow-up.
You will always know what the next step is and why.
